Pretrial Services is the county office in charge of helping people get out for free, but you have to meet their criteria such as you live in Austin, you work in Austin, you have family members or friends in Austin, and you are not on probation, not on parole, and do not have any pending cases. If you meet all these criteria, then you have a very high chance of getting out with Pretrial Services.
